Purpose of the job:

The intent of this role is to support the Sales Leader in the North East with business development/lead generation, client support and sales operations - the team goal is to acquire new clients and achieve revenue targets.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 1. Lead Generation/New Business Development:
  • Work with the current cold base of Target contacts, supplement research and to develop tailored/personalized outreach;
  • Be the first point of contact to initiate interest and set up an appointment with a Sales Leader;
  • Develop email and social media campaigns to generate new business opportunities;
  • Conduct effective conversations with C-level executives about their business, performance issues, scaling and engineering needs;
  • Conduct meetings that achieve results;
  • Constant updating and monitoring of assigned Target accounts - keep track in LinkedIn/Sales Navigator/Twitter/Salesforce;
  • 2. Client Support:
  • Assist Sales Leader in preparing research and information gathering;
  • Track Clients news and keep posted on their updates;
  • Analyze internal reports.
  • 3. Sales Operations/Salesforce support:
  • Support Sales Leader with Salesforce updates - ensure required fields are populated/updated as needed;
  • Effectively formulate strategies, tactics and action plans together with the Sales Leader to achieve results;
  • Constantly analyze and adjust achieved results for maximum efficiency.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE:

  • English level — Upper-Intermediate/Advanced as a must (especially written);
  • 2-years of experience in Lead Generation/Sales;
  • Understanding of IT-outsourcing and startup environment;
  • Salesforce/Hubspot/SalesLoft knowledge (or at least any other CRM for driving Sales processes);
  • LinkedIn/Sales Navigator perfect knowledge;
  • Proven ability to establish relationships with decision-makers;
  • Experience of organizing tailored outreach campaigns (email, Linkedin, Twitter, etc).
  • Soft skills:
  • display diligence in performing tasks and persistent attention to the job;
  • initiate good conceptual ideas with practical approaches;
  • ability to work under pressure;
  • time management skills;
  • ability to work in a Team — as a must!;
  • willingness to share and learn from each other’s experience.
